All training and coaching services are delivered by an Athletics Australia Accredited Coach, ensuring athletes receive professional guidance in a safe, supportive, and structured environment. With experience coaching athletes of all ages and abilities — from beginners through to competitive runners — our programs are designed to help every athlete build confidence, improve performance, and enjoy their training journey.
Junior Group Training - $10 per session
Our junior group training sessions are designed to build confidence, fitness, and a love of running in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions focus on developing running technique, speed, endurance, coordination, and race skills through engaging drills, games, and structured workouts. Suitable for all abilities, from beginners through to competitive athletes, our training encourages teamwork, resilience, and enjoyment while helping every child reach their potential.
Senior Group Training - $10 per session
Our adult group training sessions cater for all fitness and experience levels — whether you’re returning to running, training for a fun run, or chasing a new PB on the track up to marathon. Sessions combine structured workouts, expert coaching, and a supportive team environment to help improve fitness, endurance, speed, and running technique. With a strong focus on encouragement and community, our group sessions make training enjoyable while helping you stay motivated to help achieve your goals.
Personalised Program - $120 month
Whether you’re training for your first fun run or chasing a marathon PB, our personalised running programs are designed to help you train smarter and push you to reach your goals. Every plan is tailored to you—your experience, fitness level, lifestyle, and race distance — from 5km fun runs through to half marathons and full marathons. Your program includes structured weekly training sessions, expert coaching, and ongoing support and communication with your coach. This will assist in helping you stay accountable, enjoy the process, and support you to perform at your best on race day.

Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed to improve performance, build resilience, and reduce the risk of injury for runners and athletes of all levels. Sessions focus on developing strength, mobility, stability, power, and movement efficiency through targeted exercises tailored to support running and overall athletic performance. Whether you’re aiming to run stronger, move better, or stay injury-free, our programs provide a structured and supportive environment to help you perform at your best.
